Patriotic Shield stands behind the quality of every item we offer with our 100% Shield Protection Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we’ll be happy to assist with a return or exchange.
To start the process, simply reach out to us at customerservice@patrioticshield.com. We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving your item.
Please note: returns and exchanges are accepted only for items in new condition. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents such as perfumes, cologne, laundry detergents, or smoke. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch with us immediately upon delivery if the item arrives damaged. Send a picture or video of the damaged item through email. You’ll be refunded within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot refund or exchange for any of the following reasons:
1. Request a refund after a 30-day full refund warranty.
2. The product has incurred damage because of improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.
*****Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or have any fragrance odors, or have been otherwise used, cannot be returned or exchanged. Our shirts are made of cotton and will shrink if not washed and dried on low heat. We do not offer free exchanges for damage caused by improper washing.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Please note that items replaced at no charge are not eligible for a refund.
