How do I place my order?

Select the item that you would like to order. Carefully choose the size and color selections before clicking “Add to Cart”. You will then be directed to our cart page where you will be able to review your selections and then proceed to enter your shipping address and your selected payment form and process your order. And just like that, you are only a few short days away from enjoying your awesome items. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order by simply logging into your account and click the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, then please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is usually 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately. Depending on your country and region, the estimated time of delivery is between 5 to 8 business days with standard shipping. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. 

What if I want to add to my order? 

If you would like to add to your order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot add it to your order.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes circumstances present themselves where you might need to cancel. That is why we provide 24-hour cancellation from the time you place your order. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible within the time frame given. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to cancel the order.

I order multiple items but I only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We combine orders in order to ensure you receive all your items together. But depending on availability, it is possible that certain items will be shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery times. Don't worry, your shipments are on the way.

I never received my order, what do I do?

Hopefully this will never happen, but if it does, know that our carriers work independently and slight delays in shipping may occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as holidays, trends, and transit delays, so please keep that in mind. If your package has not arrived within the 5 days of the expected delivery date, and your tracking information is being reported as delivered to your address, please report it to your respective shipping carrier along with the information provided from our tracking information. 

*Please note if the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

*Please also note that we are not responsible for any stolen package. If that happens, please contact your local post office and open a case with them.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What if the item arrives damaged or defective?

Our number one goal is to keep all our customers happy and satisfied with their purchases and experience. But if the item is damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day return policy. Just provide a picture or video proof that the item arrived damaged for verification to support@patrioticshield.com and we will gladly investigate it for you, and then replace the same item for you if applicable or your money back. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.
