What if I want a refund?
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents such as perfumes, cologne, laundry detergents, or smoke.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Please note that items replaced at no charge are not eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIEVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
While free shipping isn’t available on every order, we regularly offer promotions that include discounted or free shipping. Be sure to check back for our latest deals! Plus, enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $98.99.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2-3 business days, and once your order ships, it typically arrives within 5-8 business days via USPS or UPS, though holiday delays may occur. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note, items may ship separately depending on availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding this service in the near future. Please check back regularly for updates.
MY ORDER
Can I change my order?
If you'd like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@patrioticshield.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if the order is already in production or ready for shipment, we may be unable to make adjustments.
Can I change the shipping address?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items promptly. As a result, we may not be able to adjust the shipping address once the order has been processed.
If you need to update your address, please contact customerservice@patrioticshield.com immediately.
What if I want to add to my order?
If you'd like to add to your order, please place a separate order. As we do not store payment information, we are unable to modify existing orders.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@patrioticshield.com. Once the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
I never received my order. What should I do?
While we hope this doesn’t happen, if you haven't received your order, please be aware that slight delays can occur due to factors like holidays, high demand, or transit issues. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date, and the tracking information shows it was marked as delivered, please contact the respective shipping carrier using the details provided in your tracking information.
*Please note, if the shipping address was a temporary location, we are not responsible if the recipient is no longer at that address at the time of delivery.
*Additionally, we are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package was stolen, please contact your local post office to open a claim.
